U22 Malaysia coach Ong Kim Swee stated to call 7 over-22 players to the U22 squad for SEA Games 30.
Regarding its force, Ong Kim Swee claimed to summon at least 7 players who are over 22 for the tournament this November.
The 48-year-old denied revealing the names for possible injury reasons since Malaysia national team is bracing for the fifth match day in World Cup against Indonesia.
“I cant disclose now, but I will surely distribute them in all positions from the 40-player roster,” Ong Kim Swee said.
The coach also claimed his priority is to let players serve the senior team to fight for tough rivals like Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand in World Cup.

“Malaysia is full of opportunity to win a medal in SEA Games. I cant promise you what medal it is but everyone is craving for a golden one.”
Malaysia was defeated 0-1 by Thailand at home, finishing second in the final of SEA Games in 2017.
